ok to start i believe this is an 80's movie i remember seeing it when i was younger. dont remeber to much about it but its about a boy and he has a friend(i believe he's chinese) and i think they get captured or at least one of them do. one of the main things about this movie that i remeber is that they use some type of paste kind of like peanut butter and were ever you put the paste on it grows hair. i remember the friend used it on his privates to grow hair and he was in class one day and alot of hair started growing and went down all the way to the bottom of his pants.. i know im not crazy cause i know someone else that remebers it but doesnt know the name... help anyone..
