It was filmed in the desert... there was murder of a young man who was making out with his girlfriend... he came back later to avenge his death, by racing (i believe)
one of the henchmen drank gasoline, or starter fluid.... if anyone can help, this is driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!! [Mad]

Great movie. And yes it's cheap. I got mine for about $4 or $5.

I picked it up for under $5...totally worth having if you're a Sherilyn Fenn fan.
