So i'm finally done transferring all my wrestling tapes & Hong Kong movies to DVD. Over 3,000 DVDs later I am ready to start transferring my 80's movies.
I started yesterday with Up The Creek & Surf 2. Today I am starting with Midnight Madness and over the next few days will be transferring the following movies: Lovelines Hot Dog The Movie Making The Grade Death Race 2000 You Can't Hurry Love Dead Heat Chained Heat Naked Cage Yellowbeard Class Of Nuke Em High
I have a lot more than these but these are the first ones I pulled out.
Some of these are more well known then others but they all have a certain charm(that might not be the right word but you get my meaning) to them. Anyone remember any of these movies and have any opinions about them?
Bob

OH I would love to had Lovelines on DVD. It is such a shame whenever you can't get the classics. I think it will be like 2016 before any of the really good stuff is released on DVD. I already have Midnight Madness on DVD and I love it.

Skatetown USA?????
That is a movie I have never seen and am dying to have, and am desperate to find it.

Bob- The one with Linda Blair is Roller Boogie and I have it on DVD. I love it.
Skatetown has Patrick Swayze, and Scott Baio, and Maureen McCormick...and lots more celebs.
I have the soundtrack on an LP for Skatetown, but that's as close as I have gotten to it.

I watched "Midnight Madness" about each and every single time it came on! I had a little crush on David Naughton so I guess that's why! For some odd reason, movies like this one are what made the 80's so special and definitely unforgettable!

Oh my! "Hot Dog: The Movie". I can remember my friend and I at the time were dying to see this at the cinema because we heard Duran Duran's "Hungry Like The Wolf" playing over the tv trailer for it. We never got to go see it back then because we were "underage". LOL!
I do have this on dvd now though. Nice to see I am not the only one who had a David Naughton crush.
