Okay I know that for some of you this is like a favorite but I honestly could hardly sit through it. I don't know if it was the set decoration and costumes that just looks so cheap or what. I don't want to razz on anyone's favorite movie but I just didn't get this one.

I hated it too...but then again I first watched it about a year ago, as an adult, so I dont have any great childhood memories of it.

Let me say, I loved Fred Savage when I was a kid. I still think he's cute. So naturally I watched Little Monsters and The Wizard. Little Monsters was awful. I thought it was extremely boring. I haven't seen it since it came out on video years and years ago.

I saw the movie when I was little, so it holds a special place in my heart from my childhood. HOWEVER, it definitely doesn't hold up as well for adults, and watching it again when I was older allowed me to notice annoying things about it.
So it's not my number one movie anymore, but I still like it and I know it's not for everyone. It's definitely for kids, but some of the jokes are meant for an older audience and the kids won't get. Also, sometimes it's scary for kids.
But I'm not offended, because more often than not, people hate the stuff I like. But that's fine, because I like it and really, it shouldn't matter to me if anyone else does.
