I can't remember the name of the movie or who starred in it. Hopefully one of you can help me out! Thanks!
- There's this blonde teenager/young man , who wears black jacket , who had these pair of guns ? Or non lethal guns , who's the main character
-He ends up sort of pursued by a gang , because he ends up sleeping with a blonde lady (There's a revealing scene ) who used to be girlfriend of the gang leader.
-His mother or family has a illness problem
-There's a climax scene , envolving the protagonist in a shoot out with the gang or the gang leader , or not sure if it's a physical fight

Sounds a bit like The Wraith, starring Charlie Sheen, but I could be wrong.

James Spader had blonde hair while Charlie Sheen had dark hair in the Wraith.
James Spader did sleep with blonde lady Kim Richards, who was dating the gang leader, Paul Mones.
The father gets shot in Tuff Turf by the gang leader but I think the mother died of cancer, which is why they moved to that neighborhood.
At the end of Tuff Turf they is a big fight in a warehouse. In the Wraith I believe their was a big race but I don't remember any kind of fight. I haven't watched the Wraith in a long time so I don't remember it that well.
