this may be a little vague but Hopefully somebody will be able to help me out.

the only things i really remember about the movie are a little girl and her dog. the dog wore a lamp shade around its neck.
and a little boy that was always making faces and was told that if he kept doing it and someone smacked him on the back it would freeze like that and it ultimately did. (i hope i am not crazy!)

Like I said maybe a little vague but any help would be appreciated

the movie is called ONE CRAZY SUMMER with john cusack!! great movie.

and the scene with the faces, was actually with 2 girls, not a boy.

Crap... I have seen that movie over and over and over again in recent years but always on TV and never from the beginning! for decades, I have been trying to remember what that movie was called If Only I would have caught it from the beginning!
