I bought it on DVD at Walgreens of all places. It was only $1. It had another movie (Evel Knievel) on the flip side of it...so BMX only actually cost 50 cents! The quality wasn't fantastic, but it was worth it just to see the movie again. Nicole Kidman wore some really cool pants in that movie. They reminded me of Evel Knievel's pants except hers were yellow with the stars and his were white.

This movie must have played every afternoon on HBO in the 80's. Maybe because it was rated PG and HBO had a rule about not playing R movies until 8pm. Anyone, I thought it was a decent kid's movie. Good Kids vs. Bad Guys....maybe a pre-goonies on wheels take of the 80's. I remember Nicole Kidman well, it's a trip to see her so young.

Wow, from what you're saying, I already wish I had that DVD! I hope it's not too rare...

I loved this movie when I was a kid, I still remembering getting a Mongoose for Christmas. Great music too, I left the DVD running a while back whilst I was in another room and the music was stuck in my head for days.
