Risky Business is a great film to own. I actually bought Bob Segers Greatest Hits purely for "old Time Rock and Roll" which Tom Cruise dances to!!!
And i stick by the motto of the film...
"sometimes you just gotta say what the f*ck!"

So Darius, your parents are going out of town.
Btw, did anyone else have fun in the 80's when their parents went out of town? My friends and I would get together and invite girls over to play truth or dare, or quarters, or up the river. We would make a mess then spend all day cleaning up for the parents got home, I don't know why I bothered though...I always got in trouble. My mom could smell a party.

I like all those movies listed, especially three oclock high, great film. Black Rain I think featured Michael Douglas and I faintly remember it, and Risky Business has great performances and smart filmamking which still holds up today. Surprised no one has remade Risky Business yet. Dark Crystal is a movie that I can't watch, puppets have always given me the creeps and I blame this film when I saw it back then for being the seed to this phobia for some reason.

Dark Crystal, dying to buy! Other movies--not so much. Purple Rain, yes, Black Rain, no.
