Which one would you choose? Sounds simple, but before you jump into my nightmare, make sure the water isn't too warm for ya.
I love the movie "Top Gun", but let see...I'm a Pete "Reject" Maverick, who can't sing, I crash & burn on the first attempt, accidently kill my best friend, and for some reason I always need a shower.
Ok, how about "C.ocktail" then, I could be Brian Flanagan jetset bartender poet...not so fast...my supposed best friend sleeps with my girlfriend, I run off to Jamaica, met a cool chick, I cheat on her with some older chick, then I go back to her pleading for forgiveness, then she drops the P-Bomb on me, I get spooked, go see my old best friend who was apparently waiting for me to show up so he could kill himself.....I'll just take the c.ocktails and you can keep the dreams.
You say not so serious, how about "Can't Buy Me Love" with the lovable Ronald Miller. I go from Geek to Sheek back to Geek in like four months, I have moves that defy gravity....well on The African Culture Hour I so rock, Cindy Mancini falls for me, but I think she only wants to ride the Ronnie Miller Express, I throw crap on my best friend front door and I spend News Year's Eve of my Senior Year crying on my garage floor. I'll pass.
How about somebody else give this a try!

I'd have to go with Ferris Buellers day off or weird science, their both great films and when me and mates were teenagers we could really relate to those films. There both just so much fun, What 13 year old boy wouldn't want to make a fantasy woman on a computer and then find out that has actually worked ! And anybody who didn't like school can relate to Ferris Bueller.

Four movies I'd love to live out: The Great Mouse Detective (going on an adventure like that would be awesome), Purple Rain (I'd love to be Apollonia), Under The Cherry Moon (I'd get to wear designer suits & drive fancy cars & live in a mansion), & Rock & Rule (I can sing).

My first choice would be The Blues Brothers. Although I normally respect law and order, it would be a thrill to drive around at 200 miles an hour knowing that because I'm on a mission from God, I won't hit anyone and won't get caught. Choice #2 would be Ghostbusters; it would be a thrill staring down Mr. Staypuft and roasting the big marshmallow man.

What 80's movie would you live out? I'm liking that "Goonies" adventure the more I think about it.

Paradise - all alone on a tropical island with a Phoebe Cates. Yeah, I'd be without creature comforts and be forced to live more ruggedly, and I'd have to deal with Tuvia Tavi, but I think I can live with that.

Those feel good endings were so in abundance in the 80's, like Making the Grade and Tuff Turf, where the hero rides off into the sunset with the girl....those are dreams worth living.

Val, OK the Sure Thing it was not, but the bad guy had it coming, it was kill or be killed. Robert D was good in this movie, he was good at being a sidekick, he did it well too in Back to School.
