Out of curiosity, are there any animated 80's movies you'd like to see in live-action?

The Great Mouse Detective is fine the way it is, but Rock & Rule would be awesome in L.A.! [Big Grin]

I can't really think of any. I think the policy when it comes to remakes should be "leave well enough alone". I did notice, though, in the late 80s it became chic to remake French movies (Both "3 Men And A Baby" and "Cousins" were based on French films). I'm not a studio executive, so don't ask me for the logic behind those 2 remakes.

Sincerely,

I would like to see Thundarr The Barbarrian made into a live-action feature. That's the coolest cartoon series ever!

"The Time Masters" would make an interesting enjoyable live-action film if done right.

On the subject of Rock & Rule, I've been watching a lot of the tv show "La Femme Nikita" recently and the name Don Francks popping up during the intro credits seemed all too familiar, then I looked at the IMDB... it's the voice of Mok!
