What a funny movie, it was about a cop that had super powers, but whenever he'd see the color red, he's lose them. this movie came out in 1981

I forgot all about this movie. I did love it though when it came out. Didnt it have Ernest Bourgnine (sp.) in it as his superior?

Yeah Ernest was in it. I remember when he blew a giant bubble gum bubble and was floating on it. What a crazy flick.
