I was wondering if someone could help give me the name of a movie. It was definitely from the 80's and was a horror movie. It involved some type of alien/monster being transmitted from person to person. I also remember somebody that was infected blowing up a house at the end. Also at the end a man and woman escaped, or thought they had, and the movie ends with their big, fluffy, white dog being infected. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

It sounds a little like "Shocker", except for the fact that it was a murderer in that movie (not that a murderer isn't a monster).

It definitely could be "The Hidden", but my guess is "Night Of The Creeps". The Sorority house is blown up in the end and the slugs/aliens are transmitted to a dog as they are getting away.
