I have never seen this ovie but saw its being released on dvd on november 15. Is it any good? I was thinking about buying it but wanted to get other peoples opinions. I love 80's horror and thriller movies so I'm interested in this one. Thanks for everyones opinions.

one dark night! i used to love that movie. meg tilly, yes? it had an alternate title, too, i forget what it was.
it's got some silly stuff in it but a decent substrate of spookiness. i think it's worth checking out, but in fairness i haven't seen it in a while.

Is this the one where they hit the little girl with their car and her ghost comes back? Or am I thinking about something else?

i believe it's the one with the anton levey type satanist evil guy who can move things with his mind (a topic of special interest to me)(moving stuff with one's mind, i mean! not satanism!) who dies and subsequently reanimates dead bodies in a mausoleum to torment meg tilly and boyfriend after she has to spend the night there as part of a sorority initiation. two favorite scenes: in the very beginning the find his apartment where he died and the bed's all overturned and all these knives and pots and pans are stuck in the wall from some death-throes telekinesis freakout he went on. THEN, there's this great scene right when all the scary stuff starts happening where meg is all spooked out and cowering and watching this coffin SLLLLOOOOOWWWWLLLLY coming out of the little shelf wall mausoleum thingy, and she's all frozen in terror. very spooky, very cool.
i'm totally gonna put it on my netflix queue. it'll be like number 175. i'll probably actually get around to it sometime before i turn 50.

About 5 people on imdb gave it a bad review, and the other 30 or so loved it! I think I'm gonna buy it too. (AMAZON has a Pre-Order option, by the way)
