I believe this movie is in the 80's. It is about a mummy who has to get its 5-7 stones or gems to get back to its home. I remember one scene in particular. A young girl is in a library, and the mummy goes after her becauses she has one of the stones/gems in a watch that she received from her boyfriend. She goes through a exit door and falls over the fire escape. If someone came in contact with the mummy, this green stuff would come off on them and would make them ill, or maybe even killed them. I have been stumped on this movie and nobody has been able to help me. Please help me!
