I'm trying to find a movie. Possibly 70's, but I'm fairly certain 80's. I remember a guy who was going on a run in his car around his city. He was trying to break some time record. I know he used a remote to change traffic lights and used the wash the paint off in the car wash trick. At some point the car was buried in the end zone at his school's football field. Anyone have any ideas here? It's killing me slowly but surely.
