Sure, the Care Bears have their Care Bear Stare, but really, does that really count as a power? I think the Hugga Bunch has the advantage in hand-to-hand combat, they have really strong arms. Of course, bears have claws, so maybe it's not much of an advantage. Those bears could have rabies, but rabies that spread a message of fun.
