John Rambo would win. Unfettered rage and psychological damage would help bring Rambo over the top (no pun intended) and crush John Matrix.

thanks you John Kilduff! good answer; I like the movie COMMANDO but I always thought that the surname 'Matrix' was a bit dumb (interestingly enough, the Producer Joel Silver would go on to make the 'MATRIX' movies) but I guess that FIRST BLOOD was a much more believable pic.
