Okay, let's try Secret Admirerer. What was your favorite scene from this movie?

I have 2 favorite scenes. The first is when Lori Loughlin tells Kelly Preston to wear something Demure and Kelly responds with "Oh, Christian Demure, I have tons of her stuff." Classic!

The second is when Kelly's father meets Steve in the kitchen and starts messing with him...Hilarious!

I love the beginning, when he is running out of school and they are playing the song "No Secrets" in the back ground.

Also, I love Corey Haim eating the fruit loops with chocolate syrup on it, and the mom starts eating it.

I haven't watched this one for awhile...oooh I think I just figured out what my next 80's movie to watch will be.

I meant to buy this on DVD today actually, to replace my worn out VHS copy. It's one of my favorites. I like the scene where they are felling the party in Roger's van, with the jocks behind them. There's so many good scenes, like when Hoewell is in the restauarant with Loughlin and he keeps ordering food, and changing the order with the waiter, hilarious. Haim was funny too, sttealing from his brother, and eating that cereal concoction. I just wish the DVD had special features.

Devolution here,

C Thomas Howell and Secret Admirer. This is how you spell these things. Anyway, my favorite part of the movie is the smashing of the van as well. Lori Loughlin had some pretty cool roles back in the day.

My favorite ADMIRER scene is the end when Michael goes to get Tonie before she leaves for the School Afloat. I also like the fraternity house scene when Michael and Roger act all studly and then run out and get chased by the frat guys and then Ricardo ends up wrecking Roger's van.

Also classic when Debra smashes a chili burger in Roger's face at the Dancin' Burger!

My favorite scene is at the end when Michael goes to where Tonie is leaving for a semester at sea.

I watched it last night.

I was shocked to see Jeffery Jay Cohen in it as one of Michael's friends...he was in Fire with Fire, and I never knew who he was...I really like him-it is cool to see someone in another movie that you never noticed the first 50 times you saw it.

I like Toni's line... "I have no standards, I'd even go out with you."

I love Debbie and Toni's clothes in that movie...especially Toni's...Lori Laughlin has the best hair...she is so pretty. I really think people were better looking in the 80's.

I love the scene where the parents are playing Bridge...cause I love Fred Ward's character "Lou"...and When George says...these are great "affairs"...and Lou spazes out, and starts beating him up...but I like when Connie gets the food dumped on her and starts bawling.

I think this movie is perfect...

Another scene I love is at the beginning when they are at the party...and they had told Steve his tires were slashed...and all those guys take off chasing Michael and Roger...I love when they are running and yelling....open the back...start the car....and they jump in...and think they have made it....and they are laughing and giving them the finger, and the gate is closed, so the guy backs up...right to them....and they say hello....and then they take off before they can grab them again.

I love when they are laying in the pool talking and Toni has a red bathing suit on and is laying on a yellow raft, and Michael has yellow shorts on and is laying on a red raft...that made that scene very cool, that they thought to color coordinate it.

I love that background music that is playing every time someone reads the letter.

I love when Michael thows Corey Haim out the window in to the rose bushes.

This is another movie that the cast of actors in it was great...especially all the younger kids because they did such a great job...and you get a feel like they would have been cool people to hang with...I never get the feeling like that when I see a group of actors in a movie now...I always feel like I bet they would be total snobs and probably never speak to each other off the set...but in alot of 80's movies like this one...the "friends" in it have like a closeness that comes across as if they were all great friends in real life.

Another thing I noticed about this movie, is that all the families had station wagons. They were the SUVs/ Mini Vans of the 80's. My Grandpa drove one, now you never see any on the road.
