Well, in honor of Eddie Albert, here are the lyrics to the very singable theme song to "Green Acres":
[Eddie singing] Green acres is the place for me. Farm livin' is the life for me. Land spreadin' out so far and wide Keep Manhattan, just give me that countryside!
[Eva Gabor singing] New York is where I'd rather stay. I get allergic smelling hay. I just adore a penthouse view. Dah-ling I love you, but give me Park Avenue.
[Eddie]: The chores! [Eva]: The stores! [Eddie]: Fresh air! [Eva]: Times Square!
[Eddie]: You are my wife! [Eva]: Good bye, city life!
[Together]: Green Acres, we are there!

Eddie Albert will always be most remember for his role in "Escape To Witch Mountain" by me. Wow that was the 70's and he was playing a grandfather type even back then. That is amazing to me that he lived until now.
Of course, he was excellent on Green Acres. Does anyone remember the movie "Dreamscape" where he played the president? That movie was spooky cool in my opinion.
Sad news
