That is so sad. I met him twice at conventions here in Texas. I got his autograph on an old Batman tv poster. He was a very nice guy to talk to. I missed the opportunity to see him last year when he was touring doing his one-man-show in which he portrayed George Burns. He was a ringer for Burns. The guy certainly had talent.

He was on the VH-1 "Where are they now?- Superheroes..episode, the same one Joanna was on. And he was scheduled to be at the Batman convention last year in Baltimore, but cancelled. I think he fought a long hard battle with lung cancer. He really did look like George Burns, and he didn't even do anything to really change his own appearance.

Frank Gorshin was at shows where I appeared twice, once in Texas and the other time in New York. He sat at a table with twelve of us at a breakfast buffet the morning after the Texas show. Along with the George Burns, he also did a good Jack Nicholson and treated me to a couple of seconds of it at Texas. I have a neat picture with him from the Texas show but do not know how to post it on this forum. Isis?
