Someone please help me remember this 80s classic. It's amovie about groups of kids in neighborhood bicycle gangs that wage war on one another through practical jokes. i.e. urine in a squirt gun and marbles under bike tires. One of the main characters is a younger kid who rides around on a Big Wheel. I could swear that Cory Feldman is in it but I can't find it anywhere. Any suggestions?

Is it the Boy Who Could Fly? I remember Fred Savage riding a Big Wheel and had a squirt gun full of pee. He was being chased by bullies. Corey wasn't in the movie if I remember correctly. I might be getting my movies mixed up though.

Bwaha! Squirt gun full of pee. If it was Fred Savage, that almost beats out the urine/apple juice joke in Little Monsters.
