I am trying to think of a movie from the 80's i really can't rem a whole lot about it..but this is what I do know. There is a lake and some crane that is covered with crap from the lake looks like some sorta monster and scares the crap outta this boy while he is on a pier....

Anyone? I have tried to figure out the name of the movie for years.
