Does anyone else love this movie? I just seem to love movies that take place in detention centers and jails...but this one is my favorite.

The Real Bad Boys. This is an excellent movie. When Penn puts the Coke cans in the pillowcase and later uses them on the guys that thought they were the Bad Boys of Juev, it was brutal cinema. I like the love story and the risk Penn was willing to take for love. Intense.
This movie was when I realized Sean Penn was a great actor. Hey Bud Let's Party.

Great movie. When I see young people talk about Bad Boys with Will Smith I want to go up to them and educate them on the "real" Bad Boys movie.

Yeah, Sean Penn really showed his acting chops in that one. Excellent movie. It was pretty harsh when I first went to see it in the theater.

Yeah man!Bad Boys of 1981 was it?That was a cool film, but every film i see Penn in is cool and they're not all 80's vintage.Yes,this is a brutal one,but most slammer films are.

The paparazzi should have paid attention to this movie and avoided future provocations of Penn.

Ah it's the little touches...like bag of soda cans and exploding box radio that make it so endearing to me.
