Hi,

Thank you ahead of time to all those who spend time reading this... (I scanned through the FAQ and could not find something similar...)

Back in the 1980s I saw a movie on TV (around the same time that Clash of the Titans and Mannequin were shown on regular TV too)... and sadly all I remember is the ending.

The plot involves some search for a treasure that leads ultimately to a house in the desert. A guy and girl (I believe) discover it is under the house. There are other people searching for the treasure. In the treasure room, there are many valuable jewels, ancient relics, etc. and one thing of interest is a carousel horse statue. In the end, the guy knocks down the columns so that the treasure will be forever buried so no one will ever have it (left better buried I suppose?) and the guy and girl run from the house. The end...

I know for sure that it is *NOT* any of the Indiana Jones movies. But it has the same type of adventure feel to it....

If anyone knows anything about it...or rings a bell....I would LOVE to hear from you. PLEASE

This could be it. Allan Quartermain and the lost city of gold. It's a stretch, but it could be right.

Thanks Devo,

I checked it out and doesn't seem like it. It was mostly set in a desert...

Any other ideas? Doesn't seem like a lot of Pseudo-Indiana Jones movies have ever been made....though still like finding a needle in a haystack :?
