Yes, I liked it and still do. I thought it was really sad. I remember when it came out, I basically just passed it off as another date movie, but when I watched it later, I thought it was deeper than that.

One film I really enjoyed was "Memoirs of an Invisible Man". I don't know if it was supposed to be a comedy or not, but I actually found it to be really romantic and sweet.
I'm almost embarrased to admit this, but I also like "Nothing but trouble" with Chevy Chase and Demi Moore

Eddie, Ironically enough I saw Untamed Heart in the movies. I think we had this war long ago, when I told you that it was the pits because he catches the puck at the end! Oh yeah, that can happen. It was just a bit terrible.
Also Paul, I am talking about "Riding in Cars with Boys" it has Brittany Murphy in it too. It's one of those movies that you just watch on cable when there is nothing else to watch.
Also, and I am ashamed to say this...
Drumline.
I get hypnotized by it.

I've Been trying to tell everyone about Harold & Kumar that movie is a RIOT!
It's one of those movies like Half-Baked. So if your not a smoker you might not think it's all that funny.

I just watched Napoleon Dynamite thinking it was going to be totally stupid but I actually liked it. Don't get me wrong, the movie was pretty lame, but I still liked it.

Okay I really wanted to see Napoleon Dynamite and I was really disappointed in it. I didn't like this one.
I can't really think of ones that I haven't seen that I have been dying to.
One that I did see that I didnt' think was as bad as it was said to be was Battlefield Earth and Mommie Dearest.
I think that both of these films were nominated for Razzie awards and I don't see why. I didn't actually finish Battlefield Earth but I saw about 3/4 of it and it wasn't as dreadful as it was portrayed to be.
I thought that Faye Dunaway should have been nominated for Best Actress she did an awesome job and I cannot believe all of the bad publcity that it got. I watch it about everytime I catch it on tv.

I have to admit that I liked Jersey Girl with Ben Affleck. It got HORRIBLE reviews, but I still went to the theatre and watched it and I liked it.
Another one is Wicker Park with Josh Hartnet. It is kind of a B film, but I loved it. I actually bought that one last weekend.

Granted, it's not from the 80's, but one movie that I felt was a lot better than the ads suggested was "Blue Crush" and "Bring It On". Good 2k teen flicks that were a lot smarter than the trailers suggested!
Another guilty pleasure is "Jacka*s: The Movie".

I thought both Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle and Napoleon Dynamite looked stupid in their previews. I watched both and Napolean Dynamite was every bit as bad as I thought it would be but Harold and Kumar had me laughing the whole movie.
After watching Love Don't Cost A Thing I thought they did a bad job but then again Cant Buy Me Love is one of my favorite movies so I expected a lot and Love Don't Cost A Thing just didnt cut it. Bad acting and the plot was changed to the point it just lost what the original had. If not for Christina Milian who gave the movie some redeeming quality the movie would have just been horrible.

I am glad I saw Shall We Dance? I thought it was going to be terrible, because I can not stand Jennifer Lopez, but I actually ended up liking it.
