I am so tempted to order this movie. I have not seen it but it would be perfect for this time of year wouldn't you say? Did any of you like it? Is it worth the purchase? Thanks!

hold out just in case they would ever restore the movie to it's full state. About 10 minutes or so were left on the cutting room floor.

Cindy-I love this movie. I plan on watching it. I love how the whole town is decorated for Valentine's Day. I like the cast. And I never knew why they never made sequels to it, it was sure left wide open for them.

"The jack-booted, gasmask wearing maniac is ****ing great in this flick and is very easy to stand up and cheer for. Of course, that's only because he's hunting down Canadians. Slow moving at times, but unintentionally funny in enough places to be considered a genuine lost classic of the Toltec Civilization

Just watched this for the first time ever and I expected so much more. It wasn't a bad movie, but was very slow starting(as usual lately, it seems.) I enjoyed the scene with the big party they all had though. The end wasn't too bad either. I don't know.... I found myself bored with it for a large chunk of the movie. Not scary at all either for me. Just don't expect too much from this one in my opinion.
I do love this song that is played during the end credits:

You know what scene I like...I like when those guys are playing that game with the knife at the bar, where they stab it back and forth between their fingers.... that makes me nervous every time I see it.
I can see where it could be boring to someone...
I always thought it was really goofy how the guys act in the shower scene, and then they run out and get in the car and the one guy pulls the other guy's pants down.
The goofy guy that plays practical jokes on people-he reminds me of Ray Romano.
The love triangle makes it kind of boring at times.
I don't know why...but I like watching them cook TV diners on the motor of a car at the junk yard...that just seems like another red neckish thing to do.
I just like it because I love seeing the whole town decorated. I always think of the amount of effort it took to do all that for the movie.
