I'm hoping someone can help. As some might know, I really love zombie movies, and I've been trying to find the name of one I saw many years ago when I was a teenager, so it would have been 1987 to 1989.
The only part that really sticks in my mind is the final scene. The last girl on earth is in a room surrounded by zombies. The descend on her, and one shoves it's hand in her mouth and rips out her tongue. Then a couple of fingers push out from behind her eyes and pop out the eyeballs.
Very gross, I know, but I've been trying to find the name of this film for ages.

I don't know the name of this Horror Flick [Confused]

But hell if you find out the name of this movie,let me know so i can check this movie out,it sounds like my kind of movie,lots of GORE [Cool]
