Okay let's try this Michael J. Fox classic today! He stars as Scott a young high school lad who is having the normal teen woes, or so he thinks until he turns into a werewolf. He becomes the most popular guy in school and then his life really turns to crap, he loses his real friends and becomes someone he is not proud of.
He eventually realizes that being a teen wolf isn't all it is cracked up to be. The ending song of the movie after they win the basketball game makes you think that you have just watched the culmination of a drama film instead of one about a teen wolf! Still loved the song though.

Anyway probablly one of the best scenes of the film is when Scott asks for a keg of beer....Give me a keg of beer......also the dancing scene at the school dance is priceless as well.

What are your fond memories of this film? ;)

Cool movie, jlp937...

The van surfing scene is great. A dork from my school tried that 7 or 8 years ago and ended up in the hospital with a cracked skull.

Another scene that makes me laugh is Scott's Dad's heart-to-heart talk with the principal. Somebody got a spare pair of pants? Ha!

Should I be concerned that I enjoyed "The Wolf" way better than Scott Howard. Don't get me wrong Scott was a nice guy, but sorry Boof, The Wolf rocks. The Wolf knows how to have fun and live for today. I loved the surfin', the wolfbball, and the break dancin'. I mean come on party people the wolf was the coolest.

Stiles while not a guy I would pick for a friend was fun to hang with fer sure. And JLP the "give me a Keg of Beer" part was hilarious.

Coach Finstock: Look Scotty, I know what you're going through. Couple years back, a kid came to me much the same way you're coming to me now, saying the same thing that you're saying. He wanted to drop off the team. His mother was a widow, all crippled up. She was scrubbing floors. She had this pin in her hip. So he wanted to drop basketball and get a job. Now these were poor people with real problems. Understand what I'm saying?

Scott Howard: "What happened to the kid?

Coach Finstock: "I don't know. He quit. He was a third stringer, I didn't need him.

I have Tenn Wolf and Tenn Wolf Too on DVD and its gotta be one of my favorite movies of all time. I have no idea why Michael J. Fox doesn't like it or enjoyed doing it but it was great! I loved that song at the end "Sent me an Angel".

P.S. Mike looked so cute in that movie ^_^

Yes, TresFoxy almost missed one of only two 80's movies she has ever seen. "Teen Wolf" was 80's all the way, it had the guy chasing the wrong girl and not noticing the girl from him was right in front of him all the time. "Secret Admirer" had some of that going on too.

Kat, I think Michael J. Fox did not care much for this movie, because the basketball playing wolf stole the movie from him. Like I said the "wolf" was way cooler to hang with than Scott. [Cool]

ValleyCat thatks for the tip, but how he described it in he's book he says that it didnt bring much money and the whole senery was cheap and it was not enjoyable and he didnt like the costume of the werewolf ^_^ He didnt care about the money but he did want to make the most out of it, ya get what I mean? Anyway thats why he didnt enter the Tenn Wolf Too. But you may be right! [Smile]
