Thanks to my good friend Isis, I was able to finally see Zapped in it's entirety. I thought it was pretty good. Too bad it's not on DVD cause I would probably pick it up.
Anyways, I had no idea that Felice Schachter (the girl who played Nancy on The Facts of Life) was in this! She was great as Bernadette. She added to likability of the film. Also, seeing Scott Baio and Willie Aames together made me long for a dvd release of Charles in Charge. Maybe someday...

COOL!! I am glad you liked it Cindy!!! I love that movie. I like Heather Thomas in it, and the guy who was her boyfriend, talk about Preppy-they were so classic preppies.
I like Bernadette, because her clothes were so 80's, those sweaters, with designer jeans, and deck shoes. I never see women ever wearing deck shoes, and I actually thought those were way preppy.
CINDY-I did get Paradise on DVD, after I get it and watch it, I'll send it to you, it won't be too long.
Guess what else I just got from a friend????
LACE part 1 and part 2, it was the mini series with Phoebe Cates. I have waited forever to see it, I don't know that I have ever seen the whole thing ever, especially part 2, but I remember Phoebe, all dressed up, and looking so pretty.
If you wanna see it, let me know!!

I'm glad you mentioned Heather. I was meaning to say something about her. Although her character sucked, she looked beautiful in this movie. I think Paris Hilton may have been influenced by Heather's style with the long blonde hair in the barettes and all the sexy pink clothes. Once again confirming that the 80s were totally hot!
As for Lace, I remember seeing bits and pieces of it on Lifetime or something years ago...that's amazing you were able to score a copy. I'd love to see it! Thanks Isis!!!!!!! You rule!

Zapped was a very cool movie. I 'm with you on wanting it on DVD & Charles In Charge. I didn't care for the sequel to Zapped. It wasn't anywhere near as good as the 1st one.

Thanks for reminding me about this film, it's available on DVD from Germany in a limited edition set of both films, I haven't see it before so I'm gonna have to get one from eBay (nobody's buying them so it'll be cheap ), from the specs listed it has the original English soundtrack as well as the dubbed German one.

Zapped is totally 80s which makes it a fun feel good movie. Heather was a hottie fer sure. Scott Baio and Willie Ames were a great team. They played off each others characteristics awesomely. This movie is way cheesy, but I still like it.

any movie that has Scatman Crothers in it is worth a watch in my book. I also thought that Felice Schachter was better looking than Heather Thomas; I've always been partial to darker-haired gals.

Is the Zapped soundtrack out yet? If so, where can I purchase it?

It was awesome, pure 80s magic! This was directed by Robert J. Rosenthal (Malibu Beach) The lead actors were all good and Scatman Crothers sure had some great lines. Eddie Deezen was also in this one. He´s in every 80s flick
I love some of the songs on the soundtrack. Especially the Plain Jane and Rick Derringer tunes. Next: Zapped Again!
