Does anybody else remember the scary silent film about a killer puppet that the TNT station used to show on Saturday mornings back in the late '80s and early '90s?
I'm sure you would remember if you saw it, because it was so damned unusual. It only clocked in at about two minutes. It was used as filler between shows.
There's something delightfully creepy about the setup - a young woman recieves a ventriloquist's dummy, as a gift I suppose, and without warning it slashes at her with a knife!
She tries to escape, but the puppet chases her!
It's similar to the Trilogy of Terror death doll episode in many ways, and I would so like to see this short film again.

The Trilogy of Terror is a cheesy classic, BTW, that anyone should see if you like funny-scary films.
