Isis and Muffy made me buy this movie the other day since I had never seen it before. I'm so glad they did. I've watched it twice and I have to say, I really like it. It's a cute little movie!
I didn't know Corey Haim was in it? Lots of notable faces, Kelly Preston, Lori Loughlin, Kenneth from Can't Buy Me Love...lol!! I was shocked that Kelly Preston got naked in it...Geez, it seemed like she was the actress in the 80's that didn't mind taking her clothes off. I just find that odd...

Yeah I loved that movie. I also had a thing for C Thomas Howell at the time so that might have something to do with it.

i agree with Mr. D.. the drive thru scene was hilarious. i just watched this movie the other night cause it was on the ELOVE channel. cute movie. but i am waiting for another kelly preston flick to come out on dvd-MISCHIEF.

Yeah!!! Cindy I knew you'd love it!woo hoo! I can't wait to get home and watch all the movies I bought.....and have yet to see....Modern Girls...Making the Grade.
I loved Toni(the tomboy cutie.....Wasn't that college boy she went out with gross...ewww!Secret Admirer is one of those for me that any time it's on TV i'll watch it!

Cindy I am so glad you loved this movie, I can't believe you hadn't seen it. I am excited to watch some of the new ones I got, I just don't even know which one to pick first.
I love Secret Admirer...I like the beginning title song....It just now "clicked" in my mind who Corey Haim was in that movie....me and Muffy were like.. where was he at?? But, he was his younger brother...I just thought about when he squirted chocolate syrup on the fruit loops for breakfast, and then the mom ate some.
I liked the whole story line where everyone got so confused when they would read that letter, and thought it was to them, and how it created everyone in to thinking someone else liked them.
It goes to show you how strong written words are, and how people can be overcome with emotions for someone even if they have never seen that person ever...that is exactly what it is about...falling in love with a person you have never seen. But...look what happened when all those people got together...it just wasn't happening.
Lori Laughlin was so cute, I can't believe they acted like she was "one of the guys". I think she's just as pretty as Kelly Preston, if not prettier.

I loved this one also. It is a great teen flick. Many priceless scenes like the cappa omega party and the chase with the van. Boy Roger sure was sleazy. Hard to believe that was Jerry Mitchell from 3 o'clock high??? Lots of popular actors of the 80s had bit parts in this one.
CJ from the Allnighter, Joe's best friend from Fire with Fire, and of course don't forget Fred Ward--I loved it when the vein popped out of his head, Lee Taylor Young, Dee Wallace Stone, and Cliff DeYoung. Great memories from this film.

This movie was very cute. It was like so many movie from the 80s where the guy is always chasing the wrong girl. I mean Kelly Preston is very attractive, but Lori Loughlin has got the "girl next door" factor and that is way hotter to me. Isis I really liked how Toni was "just one of the guys" and how she was willing to do stuff for Michael even though she was the one that was really in love with him. The ending was Way Cool too. Plus it had Jessicka Rabid's new Squeeze in it, but he was much better in "Can't Buy Me Love" or even "Hardbodies" in my opinion.
