I was just thinking about what the first thing was that I posted on here and it was about Valley Girl. It was about Beth saying to Skip....Plastics, the time to do something is when the time is right..I didn't know what movie that was referring... The Graduate as I later found out.
Does anyone remember their first topic of interest on here? Was it answered?

My first post was to ask about the show "Out of this world" - I could remember the show about the half alien girl who could freeze time, but I couldn't remember the name. Thanks, Google, sending me here!

What Ronnie mentioned about her first posting ever on The Rewind.. made me dig up this incredible thread. Everyone should add to it that can remember their first Rewind posting or memory.
As for me .. I'm sure that my thread about the upcoming release of "Valley Girl" on DVD was probably my first Rewind posting ever. I joined in March 2003, so there is a chance that I didn't post until April. I actually joined in 2002, but forgot my user id when I returned.
How awesome is that Ronnie and Cindy Mancini posted on my thread?

I posted once back in 2003 when I registered, and then nothing for a million years after that (last year, to be exact) . My first post was in a thread that was discussing the true identity of the girl on the Valley Girl poster.
I blame my 5 year absence on 2 crappy ex-boyfriends that didn't support my love for all things 80's

My first post was a question regarding a memory that I had about the "The Witch's Sister" from the old TV series "Big Blue Marble". I had recalled a scene,, and I had been trying to identify the movie for years!" Although no one on the Rewind was able to help at the time, it didn't matter because I thought the website was too cool.

Actually, there's an Admin view of the site I have, which shows me every post - in order......
Unsurprisingly, mine was about Some Kind Of Wonderful, on a thread where male and female 'best friends' end up together......

I remembered seeing an "IRON MAN LIKE" movie when I was young...I vividly remembered certain images (green blood when the giant bug was killed) and it literally drove me crazy for years and years...finally, found this site and after two trys, someone told me it was ULTRAMAN...a Japanese show from the 70's! It was so cool to look at images on the net to finally confirm that I wasn't crazy...well...I'm still crazy, but I didn't imagine ULTRAMAN!

We can't. All we get is the last 50 posts or click on topics started and get the last 50 of those.

You can access all the posting on the site .. but as Paul mentioned it takes a special function to see them in exact order. It is actually amazing how many threads and different people have been here through the years. Speaks tons about the site Nick created as well as the Rewinders/Admins that have created an incredible environment for us to enjoy.
