I always loved the Garfield holiday episodes, and the Charlie Brown ones. I have the Charlie Brown Halloweeen one on tape, along with the Christmas and Thanksgiving ones.

...I'm sure if you check TV GUIDE they are playing the Charlie Brown special some time this week. I dont know about Garfield though. I doubt it. It really stinks that when we were kids they really let ya have it with holiday specials and nowadays your lucky if they even play the Charlie Brown ones! You'd think with all the cable channels SOMEONE could play the specials. One channel....I think its FOX FAMILY....plays the old Rankin Bass Christmas stop-motion specials. (SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN,YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS etc.) I looooooove those. I finally bought some on dvd. (Once again: amazon.com)

I'm going to have to look for the Garfield ones this weekend. I went to amazon, but all they had was dvd and not Vhs. Those will be good to have, because they don't play them on t.v. much.

Ha! No, but it's funny you mentioned that, because that is one of the things that my daughter wants for Christmas. So, we'll be eating snocones on Christmas morning.

Ours didn't last too long either. I think my daughter was too rough with it.
