I liked the song that was played at the end of Pretty in Pink, "If you Leave" but I don't know the band. I also loved Bananarama and their song Cruel Summer. It was played in Karate Kid! Another good one is at the end of Breakfast Club, Don't you Forget about me by Simple Minds. I could go on and on... :)

I loved a lot of songs from alot of 80's movies but my all time favourite is Nothing's gonna stop us now - Starship from Mannequin. Basically the whole soundtrack of the movie - Do you dream about me - Alisha, In my wildest Dreams - Belinda Carlisle. There are just too many to list...

I have to agree with you Melanie1977. I loved " Nothings Gonna Stop Us Now" from the movie Manneguin. I also liked the song " Waiting For a Star to Fall " but I cannot remember who sang it or what movie it came from. And who can forget " Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel in Say Anything.

I forgot one. I loved the song " A Woman's Work " in the movie She's Having A Baby. That scene incorporated with that song makes me cry every time.

I give you a very warm welcome Habed, from Mexico City. It's always great to see new names on the board and thanks for the name of that group. I was racking my brains trying to figure it out. Would you happen to know what 80's movie that song might have come from. I think I remember it playing during the last scene and into the credits.

CruelSummer: I'm an 80s music fan! I remember listening to ETBG alot when I was young, but I never really paid to much attention to who sang it. I was always more interested in how it sounded. So you could say yeah I was a fan of ETBG but I'm a HUGE 80s music fan too. One of our local radio stations just started to play 80s music constantly! I love it! :)

Hey everybody! I just wanted to correct something. That song "Waiting For A Star To Fall" is, I'm almost positive, from 3 Men and a Lady (Sequel to 3 men and a baby). I'm not 100% positive on that one, but I don't think it's from Look whos talking 2.
