Last Thanksgiving weekend, I just happened to be watching footage of the most recent Farm Aid fundraiser, on my local public TV (PBS) station.

It's nice to know there remains at least one fundraising charity concert (which began in 1985) that is still going strong today. Live Aid and USA For Africa was really just a one-time "fad". But IMHO, Farm Aid really is a more worthwhile cause.

Big thanks to Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson for keeping it alive!
