This one is driving me crazy. I believe it is late 80's but could be early 90's?
This is all I remember:
An opening scene where a (hitman?) is putting a bomb underneath a target's car? I guess the guy comes back too soon and the hitman does not have time to scramble from underneath the car and it blows up?
Then there is another scene set at the ski slopes. I remember a character jumping and he is spinning in the air (slo-mo?) while shooting up the bad guys?
Please, please, PLEASE help!

I'm probably way off the track but could it be "Fire, Ice & Dynamite"? http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0099564/ it's the only film I can think of that involves stupid 'hitmen' and skiing.
