Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! And if jlp937 permits me, I'd like to submit today's "Film of the Day". And today's film is Thanksgiving-related. It's...John Hughes' "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles " (1987), starring Steve Martin and John Candy as the traveling passenger from Hell. So, what does everyone think of this 80's comedy classic? http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0093748/combined There is also an online petition to convince Paramount to release a Special Edition DVD, with all the perks, bells and whistles. If you're interested in signing, click here:http://www.petitiononline.com/ptadvd/petition.html
