Today Film: Switching Channels---I just caught this flick again yesterday and decided to make it my movie of the day today. This hilarious comedy starred Burt Reynolds, Kathleen Turner, and Christopher Reeve. Sully and Christy (Reynolds and Turner) are a divorced couple who are in the news business and Sully just can't let her go. When Christy arrives back from a much needed vacation she informs Sully that she is getting married to Blaine (Reeve). Sully does everything in his power to keep her from leaving Chicago with Blaine. In this hilarious twist and turning comedy there is a backdrop to an execution of a little harmless man. Alls well that ends well, Sully gets Christy and Ike Roscoe is saved from the electric chair. The best scene, in my opinion, is when Christy and Sully are trying to keep everyone in the newsroom from finding out that they are hiding Ike in a copy machine.
What is your opinion of this 1988 comedy?

I never saw this one either..I am taking a list though, cause there are so many ones people loved that I haven't seen, and that gives me something to look forward to, cause there is nothing new out. They hardly even realease a new movie any more. So, it is a good thing there were lots back when to still find.
