I remember in 1986 and 1987 me and my friends would go on "Nacho Runs". Usually some friends would come pick me up, and say let's go on a nacho run, and we'd go for nachos some place, like the Country Garden Six Pack, they had like the best nachos. That would consume our Friday or Saturday night. I remember when we'd take off and go to Sheetz's for nachos, and grab a movie, and that would be a great night. Nachos just don't taste right anymore, and I can't even remember when the last time I got nachos like that was. I remember these cheesy round tortillas called Bravos-they were sort of like Doritos only better-to me...Does anyone know if they still make them? I have never seen them again. There was also a candy bar-that came out in 1986-called Betcha Life-it was my favorite candy bar ever. Does anyone know whatever happened to that candy bar? Or even remember eating one?

Nachos will give you the runs...har har, couldn't resist.
I actually created my own specialty called "Colon Rip Nachos" at a Sizzler salad bar once: Chips (natch), cheese, meat, salsa, gaucamole, olives, onions, topped off with a dollop of sour cream.
Ooh, my bowels just locked up as I wrote that!

My friends and I never did nacho runs but we did go on burger runs every Sunday afternoon. It was like a ritual, the 2 guys who at the time could drive would take as many of us as possible to the nearest town to us with a Burger King or Mac's.This turned out to be Doncaster(UK),and we got quite well known as the guys who just came for burgers and left again.Of course we'd chat to the ladeeeeez too.

That sounded pretty appetizing McFly, you'd be a fun date.
I remember alot of guys doing the burger run thing, cause I worked the drive thru at Burger King in high school..I remember once..these guys driving through the drive thru backwards-they had to have been drunk, and they started yelling..give me a f-----whopper with cheese, and a f-----french fry...my manager was friends with them, and she thought it was hilarious, I think they got their food for free, I think for having the nerve to do something so dumb.

They must still make them, I saw them, and I may have seen them in the stores, I am gonna look again-the thing that throws me, is they change the packaging, and they even change the product, like this-I think they made them smaller, and then I am a confused mess. I hate that when they change something that you love, like Big Red Gum, I loved, and now it's so hot, it burns your lips, and you can't even keep it in your mouth. I wish they would leave stuff alone, and quit paying people to try and update it and make it better, just make it the way it was. It is not the same product any more once you change it. It's like Coke, if you change it, make 2-the original, and the new one, and see which sells better, that's the only way to be fair and let majority rule.

We never had Taco Bells when I was growing up, in fact we only got Taco Bells in Quebec officially a few years ago. I just bought a bunch of grub last night there and still am feeling the effects. Let's just say I could start my own gas company right now.
