It was a made for TV movie,made in the early eighties.A self-serving vigilante pays dearly for his crimes in this thriller about bigotry, hatred and vengeance. Four men murder a good natured retarded man who they mistakenly believe to be responsible for an attack on a young woman. Anyone know if it's on DVD?

I remember that movie, who played the retarded man, was it Randy Quaid. It was really good, I'd like to know about it too, or if it is on vhs either?

The actor who played the retarted man(Bubba) was Larry Drake. The movie is available on VHS but has been out of print for some time.
