I just watched this movie for the first time...I don't know how I never saw it but anways, all I can say is wow! The whole time I was watching it, I felt like I was in it. It really captures that era. Also, I was surprised by the sex scenes between Jami Gertz and Andrew McCarthy...hmmmm...pretty intense

FMC right?..I caught it for the first time when they showed it a few weeks ago, really great movie. The kind of movie that only brat pack fans enjoyed back then because it was a far cry from 'The Breakfast Club' and 'Weekend At Bernies'. 'About Last Night' is on HBO every now and then, unfortunately its always on when Im at work. I wish there was a soundtrack to 'Less Than Zero', do you know if its' gonna be on again..I should try and tape it next time.

Of course it has to be said that the book is so much better than the film because it's raw and real, unlike the film which is very glossy, but works anyway.
I like both versions, but for very different reasons.
