Hi everyone! Am not sure if this is an 80s movie but it's driving me crazy so please help. For some reason the US military have to make it look like they're at war with someone so they pay tv companies and actors to make it look real. I have a vague idea that Dustin Hoffman is in it but i'm not sure! Not much to go on i know... [Confused]
