Hello dudes. i watched a film from the 80s when I was a kid. I think it had C. Thomas Howell in. I need to know the right film if poss. What I remember: he lived alone...he worked in an office I think...he ignored his moms calls...outside his house he caught a baseball or football and threw it back to the kid who then cursed him, and he replied "that could be our president some day". Vague I know, but any ideas? Thanks.
