Hello everyone, I am looking for an action/killer movie that has a scene it where a family is at the dinner table starting to eat and an intruder breaks in all the sudden. Then the dad jumps up and tries to get the shotgun, and the intruder or intruders shoot him and then they shoot his wife, and the salad bowl off the table. This is all I remember from the film. I think it came out in the mid to late 80's maybe even ealry 90's Any help finding the name of this movie would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds a bit like Cohen & tate http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6OnbpjVsTiw starring Roy scheider and Adam Baldwin,if it is this it's a really great movie.
