I have another movie I am not sure of the name. I believe it is called Enemy territory. It is about a man that goes into a bad neighborhood for some reason. He goes into this apartment complex but isn't able to leave. The local gang has taken over the building. Even people are so scared they don't leave. He is chased all over the building and I believe he does find some crazed man that starts to help him because he is sick of the stuff that is going on as well. I know it is definately ______ territory. I hope someone has seen this. I saw this movie in the late 80's. It was on HBO.
