I saw this movie once and it takes place a a high school where they administration is heading up an initiative to ban sex. And every kid that has sex ends up getting killed by a unnamed assailent. Its definetly a comedy and the catch phrase that is said throughout the movie before the sexual encounters that lead to murders is "-----s make me hot" (for instance: garbage makes me hot, and horse-head book-ends make me hot) I would love to know the name of this movie so that I could watch it with my girlfriend because we watched it the first night that we met and that was 3.5 years ago.

That is a classic! I love that movie, I have an old VHS version but I'd like to find it on DVD. I'm not sure if it is even available on DVD, but now that you've brought it up, I'm going to look for it! Oh I wish they'd show it on cable more.
