All I remember are a couple of details...

A group of friends are riding in a van at one point.

There is one guy with some medical issue causing him to bleed from his ear.

I believe in one scene the group is eating a meal and ketchup drips on a woman's leg and then a guy takes a french fry and wipes it off and eats the fry.

Sorry for the very specific but probably insignificant details. If anyone can help with the title it would be greatly appreciated.
