There was a kid movie (comedy) in the start of the 80s (I think) where some woman was trying to catch a kid. It had some simularities to Annie. The only thing I remember from the movie was that this woman who was chasing the little girl had put on a kimono and in the sceene she had missed to catch the little girl, but she had to fejk cleaning the carpet and the only thing she had was soya sauce.

Sorry for the veru vague description. Got a clue?
