has anyone else on here watched this fun late 80's horror where a young boy and his sister go to stay with there creepy grandparents.stars scream queen brinke stevens(slumber party massacre) and produced by nico mastorakis(the zero boys) i've always enjoyed this one,has a good creepy atmosphere to it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fx_k2y0lJIo .

I've always wanted to watch this...I can always remember the trailer and the scene were the kid is running through the trees and hits is head on the pipe...ouch!!!

if you can get it for cheap enough pork pie it's well worth getting,the us region 1 dvd is now discontinued so it's shot up in price,but if you keep an eye out for it on ebay you might be able to pick it up for a reasonable price.

Watched Grandmother´s House and i have to say i was slightly disappointed.
Like warrior said, it has a nice atmosphere built with synth heavy soundtrack and pretty cool cinematography. The film just can´t decide if it´s a kid´s mystery thriller or a more serious horror film. There´s couple wtf moments here like there usually are if Mastorakis is involved but that´s not enough IMO.
A decent film nevertheless but i know i would have liked it more if i´d seen it back in the 80s.
