a lot of fun this one,great cast bo hopkins,ernie hudson,don swayze and the beautiful betsy russell. i always liked the music score for this,it fits the movie perfectly.

this was weird,i was looking through for reviews on brother's in arms and came across this little review which i started reading over at a site called cult movie forums just to get towards the bottom only to realise it was me (dave B) who actually posted it in the first place back in 2006.
it took for me to see my name to jog my memory that i had actually written it. i think i'm losing the plot!
Brothers in Arms is interesting stuff but wow, 3 minutes cut in UK! Must be the rape scene and possibly something else. The UK Best of the Best 3 dvd was also cut (the Gershon rape attempt) and it was one of the lamest scenes i have seen. I know it because i also own the scandi dvd which is uncut.

Watched Trapper last night and while i enjoyed the backwoods feel i wasn´t compeletely satisfied. Maybe i wanted to see more violence or was it the fact that Betsy keeps her clothes on...
Anyway, the cast is cool and i loved to see Don Swayze losing his temper all the time Always nice to see Ernie Hudson and he had all those nice Vietnam homecoming gifts. Love Bo Hopkins but he felt kind of restrained, can´t relly blame him because evil mom Luddigger was watching every move! Some minor complaints but entertaining backwoods film all the same!

Not the most hardcore bunch of hillbillies you'll ever come across but I still find - trapper county war pretty enjoyable stuff!
Atomik see if you can hunt down - brothers in arms from 1989 starring Todd allen as that's well worth checking out!

What was she like in person April fool,did she seem pretty cool and down to earth?
She looks like she's someone who's quite laid back and friendly,have you watched trapper county war yet and if so what did you think of it as I thought it was pretty decent myself!

Well...I am friends with Adrienne King- who was in the first Friday the 13th. I went to see Adrienne , and Betsy was right beside her. Betsy kept wandering off and talking to other people, she didn't have a very big line of people, I think it was at Chiller Theatre. Her handler was really nice, I talked to her for awhile, then Betsy came back, I am friends with Betsy on Facebook, so I know alot about her, she has 2 sons, and they are my son's age, so we talked about our kids. I told her we were going to get her this hot pink nail polish, because of the scene in Private School, where she says, do you got any of that gaudy pink nail polish, I want to do my toes. We weren't sure if she had a sense of humor or not, and then I told her what we were going to do, and she said...well I am glad you didn't. Then my friend (another Rewinder- Cindymancini) she told Betsy that she looked amazing....and Betsy said, it's alot of work, I work really hard at it. I thought she looked ok. I thought she could have been more personable. I always liked her as an actress, I have every 80s movie she was ever in. Cheerleader Camp, Tomboy, Avenging Angel, and even hard to find ones like this one and The Break. I have pictures of me with her, but I don't know how to post pictures on here anymore. Are you on Facebook?

No I'm not actually on Facebook April fool but my wife is so I do actually have access to an account,Adrienne king I thought was great in Friday the 13th and the beginning of part 2,looking at her filmography she seemed to drop out of acting roles for many years but now seems to be making a bit of a comeback as I noticed her in a horror film I watched the other month - the butterfly room which I really enjoyed!

Yeah, she is doing more movies now, she got out of the movie business because of a stalker, that's why she got killed off in Friday the 13th part 2. She is so nice.
